My husband and his family abandoned me and my kids .We are at his home.He escaped to foreign. Now i'm taking risk of going to abroad at his place. Can I get stay order that no one should enter the house without we come back as our belongings are kept inside the house. The house is in his father's name and he is his only son,but my husband has own sisters .Already my in law and his sisters and their husband tried to come inside the house and take the things out which i stopped with the help of police. How to Protect our rights because everything they do is to throw us out.We might come back back if situation there becomes worse.
