Non approval of KYC of PF Non approval of KYC of PF

My ex employer is not approving my E KYC of PF Dept and is asking 3 month salary as per appointment order to do the same.
What are my legal options when I m stating , I will pay once I get my PF amount.
Please advice.

A.Convince your employer or give post dated cheque.
