Gratuity payment

Company is not paying gratuity after 6 year of job ...I breaches bond for hardly 3 months before completion... It passes more than 1 year now on bond period over. .. no legal action from employer

Hence, if any company is not paying gratuity amount to its employees, then the employee can lodge a complaint with Office of Labour Commissioner within the district or region. ... In case the employee is not paid the due amount of gratuity he should apply, ordinarily within thirty days, in Form-I to the employer.
