cheated after 4 years of living relatioin

I lived for 4 years with him, and he raped, abused, tortured, deprived me and harassed me. one day he chooses to get rid of me and he left me alone with nothing in hand but shame. I cant afford a lawyer and i have no idea on how to initiate legal action on him. Please help i am a poor women.

A.Dont worry just write an application to ur policestation incharge stating all ur problems than they investigate than if he found guilty they will lodge fir if they refuse u can go to free legal aid in court.

A.There is no need of Advocate, just go to Police station narrate all your story and get register FIR and if Police avoid to register your FIR than you can approach to SP of your area.

Immediately gather all the information,proofs, chats, conversations and run to the police station, lodge a complaint against the accused. The matter shall be looked by the court. You will get a govt. PP who will look into your matter, you will have to not pay for it.
