I am senior citizen and having flat in Kandivali east.I have been following up with the society for the visits of persons for the inspection of the flat but the secretary had used very rough language and didn't allow any outsider to visit the flat on the pretext ongoing pandemic, I have recordings of such conversation that will satisfy the listener the truth behind my grievances ,The society is also demanding Rs 5000/- as non occupancy charges over and above normal non occupancy charges levied in the monthly bills I want to initiate legal action under enactment for harassment to the senior citizens
