My Mediclaim health insurance company has withdrawn the current plan without informing me in writing or giving me requisite notice well in advance of 90days.The premium has been doubled with the new plan. The company claims that thy sent the notice via business post which I never received. I have approached Office of the Insurance Ombudsman for same. Kindly let me know points I should stress on and maximum relief I can recover. Kindly help. My premium was Rs 6700 and new premium Rs 12100.

A.U approach to consumer forum for redressal of ur grivence it is upon them to show notice has been served w,without proof of the same and without prior intimation to you terms of policy can not be change d.

A.Lodge ur complaint before district consumer disputes redressal commission in ur district.
Ur application would be under section 35 of the consumer protection act 2019.
