Family divorce issues
We applied for mutual divorce 1yr back, with agreement of 8.5 lakh Alimony.
Already paid 4 lakh, Remaining amount I need pay. Coming 20 oct is my next hearing date for FOR RECONCILIATION.
Now I want live with my wife, but unable reach my wife through my parents and mobile.
Also am unable to pay that Remaining balance money, due to covid19 financial problems.
What is the best way to ahead?
Now I am skipping hearing dates. Not attened any hearing after applied for Divorce. One or other way doing postpone. Is there any problem. If I don't want attend further hearing? Any consequences?
If she don't agree for living together, what is the best way to avoid that Remaining balance.?
