I want some legal advices for my mom's employment... She have been working as a temporary employee for the past 6 years in a temple development authority.. her post comes under group D in karnataka... There are 21 workers working in that place as temporary for 6 years non of them are made permanent by the authority.. is there any way to claim legally to make them permanent in theri job?
