My mother is passed away in 2018 and she has two accounts in which she don't have any nominee as my father is also no more, we are two sisters who wants to claim for that money.
We approached bank but they asked to present or make legal heir certificate .
We approached lawyers they said to get VARISAR CERTIFICATE fom sdm office.

Does it req varisaar certificate to make Legal heir certificate?
Which kind of lawyers will help us to get us money out from these accounts?
Do we req 2 different set of certificate for 2 different accounts as they are in different cites of same state?
Does it req both the sisters to sign for the legal heir certificate or oonly one can get it process ?
What will be complet procedure if any one can guide.

A.Hi,
You need a lawyer who makes will and ask them to make the legal heir certificate and then divide the assets among the children.
