Electricity Cut off Request since Repeated Trespass is occuring Electricity Cut off Request since Repeated Trespass is occuring

There has been a repeated trespass at my property. We obtained an injunction order against that person. Yet the trespasser is not respecting the court order.

I have decided to cut off electricity at my house and my irrigation pump set. However, the EB officials who are there is not assisting to cut off the electricity. Instead they are trying to argue that I should get the court order to disconnect the electricity in connivance with the trespasser.

What should I do, please.

A.Dear Client
as per your inputs you obtained an injunction order against that person, so, file a police protection petition in the same court praying that to allot you police protection there by the police will take needful action against him by prosecuting him under tress pass
else you can file a private criminal complaint under the sections of tress pass, you will get a favor
