A.police does not inform employer until you run away.
even if informed employer does not fire for that reason because in every office there are victims of 498A.
by taking anticipatory bail, there is no risk of arrest.
after that case will run for some years.
Hope this clarifies,

A.Hello,
FIR under 498A will not be a problem for your job right now. If you are a Government servant and you are placed under arrest for more than 48 hours you will be immediately suspended.
Therefore, it is advisable to go for Anticipatory Bail.
Police will not arrest you immediately as SC has issued certain guidelines in 498A cases wherein the accused cannot be arbitrarily arrested.
In 498A Cases, mostly Police will not inform the employer, but it's advisable that you should inform your employer and apprise him of all the facts.
Thanks with best regards
