sir i joined a company by 1st October 2020 . i resign from my last employer after 1.5 years . now after 15 days they are terminating me without a valid reason and not doing any compensation . i have proof that i did not any mistake even i have proof that they are doing wrong

A.All will depemd upom the terms and conditions of the contract of service between you and your employer. Appointmemt letter or advertisement will be helpfull to know the terms and conditions.
