Dispute with company

I have worked with my previous company for almost 6 years and i have taken GMC TOP UP insurance from ABICL. The total insurance amount was for 25 Lakhs and third party agency has passed the claim initially for 8 LAKHS and after few months rejected the claim for 16.5 lakhs stating that - it's repudiated as because of false papers and no valid documents. After this my company has asked me to move out of organization and they have deducted those 8 lakh rs which was paid to me after getting confirmation from TPA and insurance agency.

Dear Sir,
You may approach insurance ombudsman and also civil court if necessary.
