there is a case that had been fileed against me on child labour and bonded labour in labour court there is no fir against me. i have to apply for pcc . can pcc issued to me

A.Dear Client
As per your inputs you have been charged with Child labour for which the punishment is below 2 years punishment or fine, so if FIR is registered against you, you have a option of filing quash petition against the charges in the FIR

A.Dear Sir,
If it is not punishable with substantial sentence but only with fine then your police verification will be clear otherwise you have to approach High Court and get such case quashed.
