I have been working with an Organization since 22nd May, 2020 and got confirmation on 22nd August and on 9th of October, 2020 they terminated me without paying my salary and no notice period

A.You certainly have set of legal rights against termination of your services without notice and holding back your salary.

A.You certainly have set of legal rights against termination of your services without notice and holding back your salary. you may send them legal notice against such illegal conduct. However, a detailed opinion can be shared with you after reading employment agreement entered between you and your employer.
