A.For marrying for adults religion is not the cretaria only their willingness to marry, as per the special marriage act.You have to keep faith in you & your future wife.It is very sensitive & delicate issue till you are legally married under the special marriage act.You have to follow certain basic.
1.Never to visit Girl house or the area particularly when you are alone against all temptations.
2.Never to speak in public or your future actions under any circumstances
3.Never reveal your future plans & marriage decisions
4.Be careful and protect from all strangers & avoid unwanted disposure.
Lastly take guidance & help from professional family matter lawyer in your jurisdiction to quickly take up all aspects of the issue towards legal marriage and register.

A.They can manipulate local police if you make complaint to them. You can move to High Court through a writ of habeous corpus for illegal confinement of the girl. The court then summon the family of the girl and police will take statement of girl and if the girl says that she is forcibly locked in the house then the police will take her and produce before high court. Best remedy is high court

A.1. You need to make police complaint against her family for keeping your lover in illegal custody. It is against human rights.

2. Upon police register the complaint and call her family for an investigation then police need to record her statement.

3. Based on her statement, you can approach local sub-registrar office to register your marriage.

4. You may discuss with me for further legal help.

Thank you so much for the reply sir. But I have no ways to contact her and I don't think that her family will allow her to come out. I tried many time to contact her, even her parents and brothers but no use. I planned to go to her home but I don't know what will happen if I go. Her two brothers are hyper active and none are allowing me to go. If she comes with me her mom said she will suicide and I can't force her also. I really don't know what to do. I'm going to a depression stage. Is there any other way sir. Please
