Can i ask for forensic lab report from police before chargesheet is filed

Hi
Sir there is false case of forgery against my brother in illegal land grabbing case.. I have come to know from my sources that forensic lab report is in my favour.. Pls tell me the procedure to get the copy of that report from police as chargesheet is still not filed

A.You cannot obtain the lab report, the law will take it own course and the trial court has its own terms and rules & procedures, You have no right to interfere.

A.U cannot ask for it unless charge sheet is filed .But you cannot rely upon it at the time of argument on charge before trial court or in a quashing petition before high court as the case may be.The court will look into FSL report but not before charge sheet is filed. You cannot even rely upon any document beyond the chargesheet at the time of argument on charge before trial court or in a quashing petition before high court.
