Due to Covid, our business activity was at a complete standstill for 6 months and we were paying all our employees (11 )half pay since April. In August we had to take a call for terminating the employees gradually as we could not see in business coming for months together as we could not pay them further . So we followed the LIFO rule and asked the employees to take their full and full final settlement and leave.Out of 11 4 employees obliged and accepted their full and final dues .2 employees we had to retain for accounting and taxation purposes.The balance 5 employees ceased coming from sept 2020 but have not come to accept their full and final dues till date.We had a meeting in between wherein they demanded for double gratuity which was out of question to be considered in such difficult times and otherwise too.How do we handle this issue further ?
You should send the notice to the concerned employees to their respective addresses to clear the dues immediately.

As per the facts, a notice could be sent requesting to clear all the dues instantly.
