hello to all advocates please help me. i will giving you all with 5 starts. my wife and me was not leaving together science 1 year. my wife have affairs. and also one court case of his previous marriage. she is doctor and mere then salaried to me. i do not want to leave with her. she want to leave with me, i want to take divorce. please suggest me what will i do.

A.Hi,
It is advisable that you resolve this issue amicably with your wife and opt for a mutual divorce. If no resolve then you can file for a divorce in the court. You can provide all the necessary details and prove that your wife's action has caused you emotional and mental hardship and also you have been living separately.
