Hi how are you i gave my house on lease for 3 years agreement and the party staying in ground floor for 7 mnts now but now i want to sell my property and ready to pay their amount in 3 mnts but the party is not agreeing plz kindly help me what should i do

A.You can enforce as per lease agreement, If need can issue notice to pay three month notice period rent in lieu of advice notice.Better to consult a professional Property Lawyer from panel of Vidhikarya to guide & help you quickly.
