My rights as a father

I am married for 4 years and have a 3 year old boy child. My wife was showing odd behaviour since we got married. Now this April 2020 she had a acute psychotic episode, medicine going on and she improved but I insisted on psychological councelling that was refused by her parents. Her paternal family has psychological issues that I came to know. Now her family is blaming me for not taking good care of her that resulted her condition. My boy is with her and she refused to handle him to me although I haven't thought of a divorce. They keep him locked in 3 room house and not allowed to play with his age children in neighborhood. I want my boy what are my option? Please suggest

Else call for counselling for child because locking child is cruelty and crime.

You may either settle the matter mutually or you may file a suit against your wife for seeking the custody of your 3 year old child.
