Sir mera sath froud hua hai muja work from home karna tha uska liya mai quicker me job request ka post dala tha ek company na muja call kiya aur job diya lakin wo work ko complete kar ka 10 din me submit kar na tha aur mai 10 din me submit kar diya tha lakin wo log ab mera galti nikal raha hai aur bol raha hai ki hama 3600 do .... Mai na unka call receive nhi kiya toh wo log whatsapp par msg kar raha hai ki hum case karanga aur 20000 dana padaga ...... Sir mai garib family se hu kaha sa lau paisa mai ya work isiliya kiya tha ki muja paisa mila lakin ab wo galti nikal ka paisa mang raha hai .... 1000 pages ka work tha aur 900 right hona chahiya tha bol raha hai lakin mera 658 right hua hai sir ...sir please sir please sir mai bahut tension me hu kaisa karu aur kya karu mai aapana parents ko bhi nhi bataya tha ki mai work kar raha hu kyuki ya soucha tha ki mai unko surprise dunga ...ab mai unko kaha sa paisa du sir .. please help kar dijiya sir please ...
Sir thoda jaldi kar dijiyaga sir muja bahut dar lag raha hai mai kya karu sir. Sir please jaldi help kar dijiya ??

A.this kinds of fraud are common now. most of the people only have the intention to extract money from the people for telling this kinds of things. even you have completed the work given by them. hence you are entitle for getting the payment. if you know there proper address then first issue a legal notice if you are not knowing their address then lodge a cyber complaint.

A.According to facts, you have performed the part of contract, therefore, you should file a case against the company, but before that you should send a legal notice to the company.

Since, the company did not perform its part of contract you should send a legal notice and than file a case.
