Urgently need Legal Advice regarding Black Magic

I reside in Mumbai and have been married for 26 years. My mother in law stays in Pune and has been doing black magic on me since my husband and I left the house as she used to visit Babas frequently. In addition to that she used to mentally harrass and torture as well as insult me publicly and at home as well. I used to have difficulty in conceiving and had many health issues all along.
Whenever I see her in my dreams I fall sick. I had thought that with time she would leave whatever she is doing but now she has only increased the attacks through black magic.
This has gone to the extent that now even my kids are getting affected and I'm constantly ill without any medical reason.
Now I am getting a scary feeling that she may harm me even further by taking my life.
Please advice!

A.Hello. Since you're residing in Maharashtra, Maharashtra has a separate law for dealing with black magic. The Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013 You can always file a criminal complaint under this Act under the mentioned grounds. The offence is cognizable and non-bailable. The person guilty of such offence shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than six months but which may extend to seven years and with fine which shall not be less than five thousand rupees but which may extend to fifty thousand rupees.

A.You can approach to the local police station and file complaint against them immediately
