Can I proceed against bajaj finserve

Hi I took group insurance policy of hdfc life through bajaj finserve.Now I would like to surrender the policy.I went to bajaj office .they said that they can't cancel the policy as I took the same through online mode.later I wrote a mail to grievance cell of bajaj company .they said that my policy is not eligible for surrendering.again I sent them the policy copy where procedure for surrendering the policy is given.and now they stopped replying to my mails.for the past 15 days I am trying to close the issue but they are not responding

Hi,
As per your facts, if the policy copy clearly mentions about surrendering procedure than, legal notice could be sent

Sent the legal notic for this and than after file consumer case for all the amount refund with intrest because company is not given my money and dont respond me for more enquiry or dabuts conetect me i give my best reply
