What are the legal actions which can be taken when someone has criminally tresspassed upon a jointly owned property and also name the sections under which the person can be booked

You may file complaint under section 441 and 447 of IPC against the persons who are trespassing in our own premises.

More specifications are required, but generally there is no criminal trespass upon a jointly owned property since All co-shareres are deemed to be in possession of every inch of joint property. Though criminal trespass could be explained under section 441 of IPC
