Hi all,

Myself Hitarth Joshi and I am living at Jamnagar Gujarat here I had taken 2000 from money lender before 1 years and also paid him 20% interest every month but due to covid-19 I had not paid for only 2 months so now he is saying me to pay 10000 anyhow so I paid him 3000 last at last month than also he is coming daily at my home and threating me badly so will you say me how can I come out from this all

A.Dear Sir,
You may lodge complaint with police and tell him that you are going to media and lodge complaint with media persons and make the issue viral on the social network also.

A.Hi,
According to the facts stated by you, since the person is coming at your place and threatening you, you may approach the nearest police station and file a complaint, also you should send him a legal notice. Was there any documentation for borrowing the money or you have any evidence for showing that you paid the interest or the receipts of payment?

A.Hello,
Were any documents signed at the time of borrowing money or you have any receipt of paying money? And if he is coming at your place and threatening you, you may approach the police station and file a complaint, also you can send him a legal notice.
