My brother take some money from my relative.
I ma not their when they had discussed about it.
Later whole money is not getting transfer in my brother account so he asked me to take some money in my
account for which I said yes as it is
coming from my relative and I immediately transfer it to my brother account.
Now some disputes arise between them for money and my brother is not capable to pay it now.
He will pay it later
Now my relative is torturing us for money and file an application for it in police station and threatening us for fir also and saying that I will also get involved in this matter as money transfer in my account too.
They record my call in which I accept some amount received in my bank
Is i also get in some legal issue for it.
Is they can also involve me in this matter.

A.recording of call to accept money in bank is not required when bank records are already there.
if you helped your brother to take money on his behalf then pay to relatives on his behalf and take it from him later.

you are involved in this because money came in your bank account.

Hope this clarifies,

A.Dear Sir,
If you have no direct connection then you need not bother. Even otherwise also it is a civil case and let him file civil case which you can handle without any trouble for years together.
