My brother had worked in a shop for 9 years but this year in February he left from home with sister in law and got married.my brother's boss blaim him that he cheat in my business and face loss in business because of my brother.now my brother's boss forcing and threatening us to pay his loss with lacs rupees but we can't and unable to pay otherwise he threatened us to arrest my all family members.please suggest me what I do.

A.Your brother's employer does not hold any legal right to initiate legal proceedings against you or your family as a family of accused cannot be held liable under criminal law. In order to counter the harassment by boss you may report the matter to concerned police against such harrassment and threatening messages.

A.Hi,
You should file a complaint in the Police Station and if necessary file a case against him.

A complaint to the concerned police station should be filed immediately and if no substantial steps are taken you should institute a case

A.your brother married shop owner sister in law ?
what kind of business was that which your brother can not do job after marriage ?
he can file FIR if there is proper claim of him.
business loss is not reason for that.
cheating is one of it if he can prove. if he file 420 case then your brother can take anticipatory bail and fight the case.
