I have completed 4 years 218 days in a MNC IT company ( 5 days working policy ) . Do i am eligible for receiving the Gratuity amount as per Gratuity Act.

A.Hello,
A person is eligible to receive gratuity only if he has completed minimum five years of service with an organisation.

A.Hi,
Every company has its own different policies, However, According to Gratuity Act, a person is eligible to receive gratuity only if he has completed minimum five years of service with an organisation.

some companies do have 4.5 yrs policy also so check.
they fired or you resigned ?
