Hi Sir/Mam
I am a divorce and after taking divorce i met a guy who loves me so much. We confronted our love to parents where guy's parents are strongly opposing and threating my family. Will there be any legal issues if we get married. We both belong to same caste and we both are 30 years old. Please advice.
A.Dear Madam,
There will be no problem from the side of his parents. You may just go to Sub-Registrar office because you got legal divorce.

A.Greetings!
Our constitution provides us the right to choose our partner of your choice which is one of the fundamental right. The relationship is not invalid since you both are above 18 years of age and belong to the same caste. Your marriage will be valid in the eyes of law.
Your parents need to understand and counselled to accept your marriage. I advice to make your parents understand this and If they don't and keep threatening you, you can go to the police station and lodge an FIR and a lawyer for further actions.
Hope this finds you of some help.
Thank you.

A.Hi.
its your right to choose your partner of your choice- one of the fundamental right. The relationship is valid since you both are adults and are above 18 years of age. Moreover you both belong to the same caste so it is not illegal in any way. Your marriage will not be void.
In fact the parents need to be counselled. i would request you to make your parents understand this and accept you marriage. If they don't and keep threatening you, you can seek the help of the police and a lawyer.
Hope this helps.
