Facts are not very clear but I hope you will get the bail, as you cleared 95% of the alleged amount. Further, you can file all the payment details along with your bail application and payment plan for the rest of the amount if possible.

A.not bail, bail is after arrest.
apply anticipatory bail immediately without wasting any more time because it takes time (not like movies).
if paid about 95% then you can pay remaining in court and case will close.
Court will have lenient view in anticipatory bail and case also.
