Hi sir/madam, I have been working in a startup unicorn for 2years and 3 months and now they are asking me to put voluntary resignation for the compensation of 1 month notice period salary to which i have not agreed and asked for least 3 months salary but they are not agreeing. So, if they need to terminate me whats the procedure and outcome and what will be the compensation i will get.

A.what is notice period mentioned in offer letter signed by you.
That notice period company have to pay even if you resign and handle it properly without mistake.
company needs reason for termination which can be challanged.
