My girlfriend's dad threatened me

I'm a 14 year old boy from Bangalore and I've been dating my 16 year old Muslim girlfriend for about an year now. Her parents found out about us once and beat me but i didn't file any complaint, they found out about us again and they have a picture of me kissing my girlfriend's neck. They gave me indirect death threats and threats to beat me up. My girlfriend told me that her mom threatened to get me killed. I have proof too of that. If they harm me or my family in any way, can i take legal action against them, and is it legal for me to date her, we haven't engaged in any romantic or sexual activities. Please help me I'm really worried about the situation can i take action against them if they hit me?

Since you are a minor, you cannot initiate any legal proceedings, your parents or your legal heirs can do that on your behalf.
Your parents or your legal heirs can do that on your behalf because you are minor and therefore could not take legal actions
