Can a minor sign an NDA for internship?
A student wants to intern with us but we have found that they are not 18. We ask our interns to agree to offer letter terms and an NDA. Would the NDA and offer letter be void ab initio and would they be considered unenforceable or valid?

A.Hello,
Since the contract by minor is void ab initio, you may make guardian of minor sign the terms and conditions of offer letter.
