Sbi Yono  app , amount deducted but not credited to beneficiary or reversed Sbi Yono app , amount deducted but not credited to beneficiary or reversed

28th November 2020 used Sbi Yono app for NEFT transaction amount deducted but not credited into beneficiary accounts, raised ticket on 28th itself through Yono customer care no , they said max waiting period is 21 days
Its there a way to fast track the issue, for less than that time frame given?

A.hello,
if is advisable to wait till the said duration by the customer care of the bank.
however, please provide more details on the transaction amount of this issue to serve you.
