A.Hi,
this will be on the terms of Joint compromise.
you have to present a Joint compromise memo before the court where the complainant will state that he/she is agreeing to take the charges back.

A.Hi,
i a recent matter before the Madras High Court, the court observed that “Since the parties have settled their disputes amicably and they have also filed a joint compromise memo, this court is of the view that there is no need to keep the proceedings pending on the file of the Virudhunagar Principal District and Sessions Court.”
So you can file a joint compromise memo before the court.
