Exit Formalties.
My company is forcing me to travel to the office just to sign a document for the exit formality. They haven't paid me salary for the last month of the notice period. While they can easily send across the documents to sign they are misusing their power to harass and trouble us by calling us to the office. I have completed my notice period. What should I do ?

A.Hi,
It is advisable that you talk to the company and let them know about the inconvenience and try getting a solution. Regarding the salary, the company is liable to pay you and if not then you can send them a legal notice to clear your dues.
