tenant problem with owner

rent agreement made for 11 month and its completed as per the agreement. But now they (tenant) are vacating my house and not giving rent also.

A.If the tennnant is not clearing ur dues before vaccating the house.then snd legal notice to them and file recovery case in the court and file a police complaint also

A.sent notice for vacating the house.
if they still not vacate, you have to file eviction case.

A.Hi,
If the agreement is over and the tenant does not want to renew the agreement they can do so and vacate the house after clearing all the dues like rent and various bills. If the tenant is vacating without clearing the dues then you can send a legal notice to recover your amount.

A.Hi,
