According to FIR me and my wife are in A3 and A4 , case filed by my wife's- brothers wife
But in the chargesheet A2A3 are given to us as we are govt servents
Can we quash the case pls guide me what is quash

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach High Court for quashing under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

A.quash is dismissing case by HC which is not very common.
on A3-A4 to A2A3 reason it will never quash.
if you have strong evidence that case is false or there is no evidence in chargesheet then you can go for quashing.
where is your wife that her brother wife had to file case.
what statements your wife gave in chargesheet ?
