I drop my complaint to mahila thana in ghaziabad and its in front of counselor before this pandemic..differences came from starting of marriage but I adjusted a lot...jab tak mere family side se gifts milte rahte then he and his mother will happy nahi to they harass me mentally but from September 2018 I leave my husband's place and shifted to my parents place because I feel threat to my life and my unborn baby(7 weeks pregnant with lots of complications at that time)..when I was in 7th month I got to know his earlier case under 354d 506 509 before marriage and still pending that was filed by his girlfriend....he and his family never told us about ol this before marriage..he never showed any efforts towards baby and me...and he never spend a little penny towards me and my child from his birth to till today..and I never ask me but one year ago I filed 125 for maintainence..but nothing happened

And blaming me by texting paise k liye ek baby ka use kr rahi hai,,tere papa aur bhai Ki complaint Kari hui hai ki meri mom k sath baatemizi ki and mjhe jaan se marne ki dhamki di..all these type of things..

He is trying to mentally torture me and my parents...

What will be solution..can I file a case regarding that case that hiding from uss and the councilor is saying she will close the matter this month..either close the matter..and go to police station to file fir..she is not able to do nothing..please help..

A.Hi,
The counsellor can not help more than this. You can file a complaint for harassment, DVC and fraud and also claim maintenance and dissolve your marriage if you want to.

A.Hi,
Please proceed to lodge a complaint against your husband for harassment and ask for maintenance. The counsellor can not do much in these situations. You can also file under DVC and fraud since the charges of your husband were hidden and you can get your marriage dissolved.

A.councilor is right.
she can not do much.
after counselling , complaint is closed or converted to FIR.
to protect from FIR, he is sending text messages to get evidence.
why nothing happened in 125 for maintenance ? didnt got order for interim maintenance or he is not paying ?
you have to fight with help of good lawyer else you will loose.
