Sir, I am a divorced male. I have no children from my marriage. I married a widow who has two children from her earlier marriage who are minor. I have inherited a property from my parents. The property is my parents own earned property. Do my stepchildren have right on the property after me.

A.Hi,
If the property is not ancestral and has been simply inherited by you then you can write a will as per your desire. And, If it is an ancestral property then even your adopted children have a claim on it.
