Commercial vehicle insurance rejected at final moment

I have mortar cab got accident in this Covid time on may after I claim for insurance this guys given for approval on nonstandard basis 75% like that. when last moment they rejected. Please help I can’t pay fee, I can give share if we get amount fom insurance thank you.

A.Hi,
You should first enquire from the insurance company about why they rejected your claim, if they fail to provide you any reason for the same you may send them a legal notice and then, approach consumer forum.

Herein, your step can be to know the reason why your insurance claim got rejected, however, if in any case they fail to provide you any reason, you can file a complaint in consumer forum, but at first, legal notice has to be sent.
