Hello sir,
IAM already missed three payments in my personal loan means 90 days so bank recovery agents your account turn to NPA and your account goes to legal department. Immediately pay 3 emi otherwise send a legal notice and cheque bounce case filled. But moratorium case running in supreme Court how banks are convert to NPA my personal loan. My loan amount 200000 rupees. Present IAM a private teacher I don't have payable amount in my hand because of pay cut salaries that salaries receives one salary every three months

You can first try to contact the bank officials and explain the financial situation however, if they do not consider the same you may send them a legal notice.
