I am a house wife. I have a business loan with Bajaj finserv for my husband business. I got loan on 25.02.2019 and we pay the EMI AS ON 02/02/2020. Due to the corona situation we are not pay EMI from Mar'20 to as on date. They send lawyer notice to me. In this time my husband is in ill condition and i am not able to pay the EMI. What I can do? ( I don't know other language except tamil). Please help me.

A.You can make a request to the lender company requesting for the extention of time for paying the installments.

A.Dear Client
As per your inputs you got defaulted of EMI, but as per banking provision you can submit the same as a letter showing all the details of non payment of EMI, the banker would give you possible time for continue the payments of EMI

A.Hi,
You will have to provide something as surety to the company. Alternatively, you can try and have them restructure your payment plan, taking into consideration the situation with the pandemic.
