Sir, i applied for work from home job in naukri. Through this , a company "tcgfinancial services pvt ltd", gave SBI related outsourcing work they gave. After completion, they suddenly ask me to pay GSt charges 11499rs (refundable). I said, before proceeding you never told about this. they ask me to pay half, that i do. After that they insist me to pay full to get Salary. 9820756648 this is that fraud number. Please guide me how to deal with.
Also one more company, ask the same taxation amount. Whatever they said, taxation is chargeable as per agreement.

Actually your salary has goes above 20% of the tax slab of the company that's why there is tax occurred on your salary and it's refundable to we need it to match the account books or if company pay this than we hav to pay 50% of your salary that's why it should be paid by you and you will get it with your salary .
Does tax should be paid by company or by candidate?

A.Hi,
This would depend on the terms of your employment agreement. However, I'd advise you to not make any unnecessary payments, as this is a well known trick used by scammers on job applicants.
