Iam buying a villa in Nanda prakruthi, kanakpura road. The seller has acquired property from his father through gpa and has sisters. Can I go and buy property through sale agreement n sale deed registry

A.Hi,
Purchaser must confirm the title of the property owner before purchasing the property.
A GPA must be registered with the sub-registrar’s office to get a legal validity. Moreover, the GPA is not valid for an indefinite period. It is valid for the lifetime of the principal or the one who is awarding the GPA.

A.Hi,
A GPA must be registered with the sub-registrar’s office to get a legal validity. Moreover, the GPA is not valid for an indefinite period. It is valid for the lifetime of the principal or the one who is awarding the GPA. It can also be revoked within the lifetime of the owner.
If the seller is the legal owner of the property, then one may purchase the property.
