Non payment of my dues

After lockdown in March 2020, my company was started again from June 2020. But I was not asked to resume duty. Now my company is refusing to pay me my Gratuity, Leave, Bonus etc. I have worked in the company for 12 years. Please help.

A.Hi,
You can serve them with legal notice to repay your dues. A civil money recovery suit or a breach of contract suit can be filed against them to recover the amount owed to you.

You can file a civil suit for money recovery against the company. Damages can also be claimed for breach of employment contract on their part.
