They told me that they have filed a case against me in high court. So just tell me that is possible that they have filed against me or just they are bluffing to get money from me

A.plz enquire first of all about this company filling form job companies..many companies fraudulent and faced this problem nowadays mostly students..don't think unnecessary so the case and also you can demand a copy of court for the case.
If you find you can ask for a copy of such case, and then you can take further steps.
and its true, you can proceed court calling work steps and meet a good advocate for this case
