Good noon sir
My father and my uncle have a joint account in a bank. They had deposited Large amount in this account in the past. Now my uncle has withdraw more amount without permission of my father. And he refused to give us away. What should wear do?
Could we file a case on Bank for without permission withdrawl?

A.Hi,
It will depend upon the nominees appointed by you when the account was formed.
If you have granted permission to the other joint owner of the bank account, then he/she may withdraw any amount without your permission.

A.Dear client,
You have to check with the bank and confirm the names of first nominee and the second nominee of that joint account. In case bank is at default you can take action against bank and your uncle both.

As per your inputs you shall take legal action against your uncle and check in bank who got the power to withdraw the money from bank, incase if your uncle have no access to withdraw the funds then you can initiate legal action against bank also
