What would be lawyer fees (generally), apart from court fees, for money recovery suit of amount say 16L. How much time it would take it to complete the procedure if transactions done are through bank only (RTGS/NEFT)? At the end if the accused are unable to pay it, say, dont have any property or anything, will they be sentenced or left free (because it is a civil case)? Or do we've to file criminal suit later or we can file both civil and criminal at the same time?
